Children's Ministry

When The Crossing began, we made a commitment to be the kind of church that reaches people of all ages. That means that kids have always been one of our highest priorities. We view kids as the future of the church and as a significant part of the church right now.

Our volunteers work together to create a fun environment that is genuinely attractive to kids. The teaching is biblically driven and designed to encourage interaction and discussion. And for many kids, the highlight of Sunday morning is the relationships they enjoy with their teachers and small group leaders.

The goal of our Children’s Ministry is not simply to change a child’s outward behavior, but rather to help kids cultivate a heart that treasures God above all things. We believe that reaching a child’s heart with this truth—that ultimately God is the only one worth living for—will result in a faith that bears fruit for a lifetime.
