Pastor, Director of Digital Relationships
Patrick Miller has called Columbia home since 2006. He met his wife, Emily, at Mizzou, where they both completed their undergrads. Together they have two children. Patrick started following Jesus his Freshman year of college after getting connected to The Crossing. He joined the Veritas college ministry staff team in 2010, helped co-direct the ministry in 2015, and became the Director of Crossing Twenties in 2017. He graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2018 and was ordained as pastor shortly after. Patrick leads the Digital Relationships Team, co-hosts our podcast, Ten Minute Bible Talks, leads two Covenant Seminary cohorts, and teaches Men's and Women's Bible studies.
Digital Relationships Co-Director
Anthony became a Christian in high school through Young Life, which planted the seeds for his interest in ministry. In 2009, he graduated from Mizzou with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He then hit the corporate world, married Megan, and started to volunteer in Crossing Students. In 2014, they welcomed their son, and in 2020 they welcomed triplets, two girls and a boy. Anthony left Crossing Students and joined the Digital Relationships team in October 2020.
Digital Content Manager & Lead Editor
Anna Lynne became a Christian during her sophomore year at Mizzou, where she attended The Crossing and was involved in Cru. After working with Cru for two years after college, Anna Lynne moved to Chicago for seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where she earned her MDiv and MA in Educational Ministry. She returned to Columbia to marry her husband Grady and begin working at The Crossing.Anna Lynne enjoys writing and is passionate about equipping others for leadership within the local church and their communities. She loves the creativity and collaboration of applying her previous ministry experience and education to the digital world. And her favorite part about her work in online ministry is getting to hear stories of how God uses unexpected tools to reach and love people.
Social & Database Specialist
Originally from St. Louis, Celia moved to Columbia in 2017 to attend Mizzou and study Strategic Communication. During her time at Mizzou, she started attending The Crossing and joined a Veritas small group. Celia began interning at The Crossing in 2021 to help with various social media projects. After graduating, she moved into a full-time position as a Social and Database Specialist.
Daniel grew up in St. Louis and moved to Columbia to attend Mizzou. After graduating, Daniel worked in the mortgage industry at Veterans United Home Loans and married his wife, Alex. Dan now works on our Digital Relationships team as Executive Producer of Endeavor.
Advertising, Data & Analytics Engineer
Dean Frazier came to Columbia in 2011 for undergrad and connected with The Crossing through its college ministry, Veritas. After earning degrees in Mathematics and Math Education, he taught at Hickman high school for six years, and during this time completed his Master’s in Data Science & Analytics. Dean met his wife Beth in college while volunteering at various Crossing ministries.
Visual Communications Director
Gerik joined The Crossing in 2011 after a 13-year career as a newspaper photojournalist and editor.As the Multimedia Director, Gerik produces videos, photos and other media. He also directs the multi-camera video production of Sunday’s services which can be watched live online.
Kassidy is a Columbia native who started her journey into the film industry in the Fall of 2017 by attending Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cinematography in the Fall of 2020.Her passion is to use video as a way to connect people and build relationships, both in Christ and in community. Kassidy is currently working as a Multimedia Specialist at The Crossing, producing and filming a wide range of video projects, social media content, and is currently the only female live stream video director at The Crossing.
Kevin grew up in St. Louis and moved to Columbia in 2010 to study Graphic Design at Mizzou. While in Columbia, Kevin got involved at The Crossing and interned with the Creative Arts team during his final years of college. Before coming on staff full time, he worked as a content designer at a local marketing firm.
Digital Content Specialist
Molly moved to Columbia from St. Louis to attend the University of Missouri. She joined staff at The Crossing upon graduation in 2007 and married her husband, David, a year later. Together they have four sons. After serving on various teams, Molly is excited to be a part of the Digital Relationships team as the Digital Content Specialist.
Social Media Manager
Originally from St. Louis, Ragan moved to Columbia to attend Mizzou in 2014. During her time as an undergrad, she started attending The Crossing. While in her senior year studying Mass Media Communications, Ragan started interning at The Crossing helping out with graphic design projects and managing social media. She transitioned to full-time on the Digital Relationships team as the Social Media Manager.
Digital Project & Editorial Manager
Reb was raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, before receiving a Strategic Communications degree from Oklahoma State University. She then attended the Kanakuk Institute, a yearlong biblical studies graduate program before moving to Columbia to work as the women’s director for Columbia KLIFE. Reb has attended The Crossing since making Columbia home and has enjoyed finding various ways to serve and to meet the people. She loves the process of connecting people and skills to accomplish a goal and is excited to be a part of the team at the Crossing. Out of the office, Reb is an avid runner, outdoor recreationalist, and adventure enthusiast, yet equally content reading a good book or spending time with friends.
Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Rebecca moved to Columbia in 2016 after her husband, Grant, started working as a golf coach at Mizzou. Prior to becoming a Missouri transplant, Rebecca graduated from The University of Memphis and began her digital marketing career shortly after. She is passionate about adapting some of the digital marketing principles of the business world into a ministry setting. Her team’s goal is to help make The Crossing’s digital “front door” wider for both members and guests alike.
Samantha was raised in Bentonville, Arkansas, before pursuing a Communication degree at the University of Missouri in 2012. For the past eight years, Samantha has attended and served in many different areas at The Crossing. She is excited to now join the Digital Relationships team and work alongside other staff members as the Communication Manager.
