Just like meeting someone for the first time can be nerve-wracking, visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. We know that feeling and want to make this visit less awkward for you.

What to Expect

Friendly people at the Welcome Desk ready to help and answer questions.
We'll show you where the important things are: bathrooms, coffee, classrooms, etc.
If you have kids, we will help you with the Crossing Kids check-in process.
We'll help you find a seat in the auditorium.
You'll be sent home with information on how to get more connected in the church.

Our first morning at The Crossing, we went directly to the welcome desk. There we met several people who welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the church, and ensured we were easily able to get connected with various ministries on campus that met the needs of our family. We’d recommend all newcomers start at the welcome desk if they’re hoping to get plugged in quickly!
