Andrew is originally from St. Louis, but has lived in Columbia since he came to the University of Missouri in 2007. Shortly after attending The Crossing for the first time, he got involved with the music team as a drummer. Since then, he’s always been involved with music at The Crossing, first as a volunteer, then as a worship leader for Veritas, and now as Assistant Production Director for Sunday morning. He is married to Colleen, and they have four kids: James, Charlotte l, and twins John Andrew and Ben.

Audrey has been actively involved at The Crossing since 2015, first serving with Crossing Kids and then later joining the worship team, where she has served as a vocalist for many years. She grew up in Columbia and then graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Journalism. Prior to joining staff at The Crossing, Audrey worked in communications and promotional marketing at Veterans United Home Loans. She is passionate about building relationships, making music, and creating meaningful content and experiences to help people believe that Jesus is more.

Born and raised on the West Coast, Doug has lived in Columbia since the summer of 2024. He and his wife started attending The Crossing shortly after. Doug previously worked for Mizzou Athletics as the Live Broadcast Manager. A lifelong live event and film nerd, he approaches his work with passion and enthusiasm.

Grady is a Mid-Missouri native, born and raised in Mexico, MO. After attending college for a year, he put a pause on formal education to pursue a career as a singer-songwriter. In 2015, Grady started attending and volunteering at The Crossing where he served on the parking team and eventually the music team. He moved to Columbia in 2017 and shortly after started an internship with the Creative Arts team at The Crossing.
Since moving to Columbia, Grady married his wife, Anna Lynne. And he resumed his formal education, studying business at Mizzou. In his current role at The Crossing, Grady helps manage the stage, prepares room technology for classes and events, and serves as the front-of-house audio and monitor engineer on Sunday mornings.

Hanna is originally from Arizona, where she graduated from Arizona State University before beginning a career in nonprofit accounting. She spent eight years working with Young Life, where she met her husband, Tyler. In 2020, in a desire to live near family, they moved to Columbia, when they joined The Crossing.
Hanna is currently pursuing her MBA and loves combining her detail-oriented nature, nonprofit experience, and heart for ministry to help create space for people to live into their God-given gifts. She is passionate about equipping others and organizing behind the scenes so ministry can flourish. In her free time, Hanna enjoys traveling with Tyler and exploring her interest in interior design.

Henry started attending The Crossing in the fall of 2012 and joined the production team as a volunteer the next spring. He became the visual production intern in January 2015. He recently completed his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Missouri.
Henry is responsible for producing the visual elements of the worship services — both the lighting and the ProPresenter element.

Scott moved to Columbia from Naperville, IL, in 2000 to help start The Crossing. Before that, Scott worked for an ABC affiliate in Grand Rapids, MI, and for Anderson Telemedia. He holds a B.A. (Communication Arts and Sciences) from Calvin University and an M.A. (Theological Studies) from Covenant Seminary.
Scott enjoys working with a team of skilled musicians week after week. He believes the most essential instrument for Sunday morning services is the voice of the church: the Body of Christ. He enjoys crafting liturgies, mentoring worship leaders, and making music to the glory of God.
Brandon Tobin

Tobin is a Columbia native with a deep appreciation for music and creative production. He enjoys problem-solving the stage and technical needs of the Create Worship team and values their commitment to excellence in everything they do.
A longtime musician, Tobin plays both bass and keys. His background also includes work as a boom operator for a local full-scale production, and his signature can still be found in the green room of one of Columbia's beloved music venues. Outside of his creative work, Tobin enjoys spending time with his wife and son on their acreage.
