Anna Lynne Frazier

Co-Director of Digital Relationships

Anna Lynne became a Christian during her sophomore year at Mizzou, where she attended The Crossing and was involved in Cru. After working with Cru for two years after college, Anna Lynne moved to Chicago for seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where she earned her MDiv and MA in Educational Ministry. She returned to Columbia to marry her husband Grady and begin working at The Crossing.

Anna Lynne enjoys writing and is passionate about equipping others for leadership within the local church and their communities. She loves the creativity and collaboration of applying her previous ministry experience and education to the digital world. And her favorite part about her work in online ministry is getting to hear stories of how God uses unexpected tools to reach and love people.

Molly Cover

Co-Director of Digital Relationships

Molly moved to Columbia from St. Louis to attend the University of Missouri. She joined staff at The Crossing upon graduation in 2007 and married her husband, David, a year later. Together they have four sons. After serving on various teams, Molly is excited to be a part of the Digital Relationships team as the Marketing Director.

Dean Frazier

Advertising, Data & Analytics Engineer

Dean Frazier came to Columbia in 2011 for undergrad and connected with The Crossing through its college ministry, Veritas. After earning degrees in Mathematics and Math Education, he taught at Hickman high school for six years, and during this time completed his Master’s in Data Science & Analytics. Dean met his wife Beth in college while volunteering at various Crossing ministries. 

Gerik Parmele

Visual Communications Director

Gerik joined The Crossing in 2011 after a 13-year career as a newspaper photojournalist and editor.
As the Multimedia Director, Gerik produces videos, photos and other media. He also directs the multi-camera video production of Sunday’s services which can be watched live online.

Izzy Freeman

Content Specialist

Originally from Louisville, KY, Izzy moved to Columbia to attend Mizzou, where she studied Strategic Communication. She then began attending Veritas, a decision that radically changed her life and deepened her love for Jesus. Now, she's excited to combine her passion for faith and creativity as a part-time graphic designer at The Crossing. Izzy is also quite fond of her husband, Karsten, and together, they enjoy calling Columbia home.

Jensen Holt McNair

Editorial Manager

Jensen moved from St. Louis, Missouri, to Columbia in 2014. As a freshman in college, she attended Veritas, the college ministry of The Crossing. Shortly after graduating, she married her husband Sam and came on staff with Veritas. As their family grew, Jensen stayed home with her children, Jude and Florence, and co-hosted Ten Minute Bible Talks. Jensen is excited to work in a new capacity as a Digital Content and Marketing Specialist at The Crossing.

Kate Miller

Social Media Manager & Strategist

Kate grew up in Fulton, Missouri, and began attending The Crossing middle school. Kate moved to Kansas in 2018 to play volleyball but returned to Columbia College in 2020, where she graduated with her degree in Marketing. Through her time at The Crossing, Kate has attended small groups and mission trips, volunteered through the church, and leads a small group with Crossing Students. Kate actively attended Veritas and is part Crossing Twenties ministry. She is overjoyed to be joining the Digital Relationships team as the Social Media Specialist.

Kevin Keith

Graphic Designer

Kevin grew up in St. Louis and made the journey west to Columbia in 2010 to study Graphic Design at Mizzou. While in Columbia, Kevin got involved at The Crossing and interned with the Creative | Worship team during his final years of college. Before coming on staff full time, he worked as a content designer at a local marketing firm. He has a large sweet tooth, a fondness for hats and is now the proud owner of a matador maple tree. 

Lily Scherer

Digital Project Manager & Producer

Lily grew up in Kansas City and moved to Columbia to attend Mizzou, where she studied Business with an emphasis in Marketing. During her time at Mizzou, she initially got connected with The Crossing by attending Veritas. In 2022, Lily began interning with the Digital Relationships team as the Social & Podcast Specialist. She has since transitioned into a full-time role as the Content Coordinator & Producer

Noelle Richter

Communication Manager

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Noelle has called Columbia home since attending the University of Missouri. Upon graduating in 2007 with a degree in Communication, she joined staff at The Crossing with Veritas. After serving in various ministries over the years, Noelle is excited to work with the Digital Relationships team as a Communication Manager. She and her husband, Kyle, have three children.

Rebecca Milner

Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Rebecca moved to Columbia in 2016 after her husband, Grant, started working as a golf coach at Mizzou. Prior to becoming a Missouri transplant, Rebecca graduated from The University of Memphis and began her digital marketing career shortly after. She is passionate about adapting some of the digital marketing principles of the business world into a ministry setting. Her team’s goal is to help make The Crossing’s digital “front door” wider for both members and guests alike.

Steven Moerschel

Videographer

Steven is from Elk Grove Village, IL, outside of Chicago. Steven came to Columbia to attend Mizzou, earning a degree in Digital Storytelling with a minor in Business. He first connected with The Crossing while living at The Pointe and has been growing in community ever since.

Outside of work, he enjoys music, writing, hiking, and pickleball. He's grateful to be part of a community that encourages people to grow in faith.

Steven loves turning stories into videos that help people see that Jesus is more.
