Crossing Men strives to help more and more men see that Jesus is more. We believe this happens in the context of authentic relationships with other men, so we offer men’s studies, classes, and events to help facilitate these relationships.
This is not your usual retreat of recreation, teaching, or singing. This is a retreat for those who want to be deeply challenged and changed by Jesus. We are inviting like-hearted men who desire nothing more than to know and follow Jesus and to find the life of wholeness and mission that he offers. Come hear gritty and vulnerable stories of brokenness, struggle, redemption, and healing found in Jesus. Have intentional, deep conversations and plenty of free time for rest, reflection, and prayer. Enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, cozy accommodations, and feast-like meals of Echo Bluffs State Park lodge. Every aspect of this retreat is designed to move your heart and mind into new depths of relationship with Jesus and other men.
$195 per person with an optional additional fee for staying Saturday night.
Partial and full scholarships are available. Email Michael Salanski if you need a scholarship.
The retreat starts on Friday at 4:30 p.m. and ends Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
All men are invited to join us for basketball or pickleball most Thursday nights. The gym is open 7-9 p.m. Check the dropdown dates to be sure it's on!
Let's play pickleball! We reserved the courts and we'll have pizza. No experience is necessary - if you don't already play, we will have people show you how! If you have a paddle or extras, please bring them. This will be a great night together to get to know other men from The Crossing.
Meet at the Columbia Sports Fieldhouse: 4251 Phillips Rd, Columbia, MO. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
Registration is $10, which covers dinner and courts. You can pay online, or use the code “CASH” to pay at the event.
Imagine the difference it would make in our lives if we would stop to ask this simple question: What does God say? That question changed Johnny Fugitt’s life.
Come hear Johnny's fascinating story of serving in the military and the life lessons God taught him through his experience. Look forward to connecting with other men and lively discussions about the difference that listening to God’s voice can make. Feel free to invite a friend.
Meal and drinks are provided at each session. A suggested $5 donation can be given at the event.
Select a day that works for you: Monday, 6-7:15 p.m., Thursday, 12-1:00 p.m., or Friday, 6:30-7:45 a.m.
Come check out some great cars (classic, exotic, and contemporary), have a cup of coffee, and get to know other men in the Columbia area who share your automotive enthusiasm. You don’t have to have a supercar to display. Feel free to show your car and invite a friend. We'll gather at the main Crossing parking lot on the second Saturday of each month.

Men as Allies is True North + Crossing Men’s campaign and fundraiser breakfast to involve men in preventing domestic violence and advocating for victims. As men, we can work together to change the social discourse by becoming influential bystanders — bystanders who hold other men accountable for their actions. This means that women do not have to shoulder alone the community’s responsibility to end violence … they have Men As Allies.
Doors open at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast, and the program will begin at 7:00.
If you are interested in attending or sponsoring a table, please contact Sarah Butler.
Experiencing God's presence is more satisfying than anything this world offers, and what our souls were created for. But what does that look like, and how do we do it?
It's not unattainable or unrealistic, but it does take practice.
In this 3-week Men's Study, we will dive deeper into the sermon series by learning biblical practices of listening to God, talking to God, and being with God from John Mark Comer's The Prayer Practice. Expect great conversations and connections with other Crossing Men and practical exercises that will guide you to experience more of God's presence in soul-satisfying and life-changing ways.
Cost: $30 for the book plus meals, OR $20 for just meals.

Join Crossing Men for a weekly study to help you grow in your faith and in relationships with others.
A variety of ongoing Men’s Groups from The Crossing meet at various times during the week all throughout Columbia and mid-Missouri. The purpose of these groups is to help you mature as a disciple of Jesus as you build strong friendships with other men.
We have a unique partnership with Algoa Prison in Jefferson City where every week men from The Crossing serve by leading a discipleship program with prisoners.
